Premiere Pro v25.1 Warp Stabilizer Issue

I updated halfway through a project from v24 to v25.1 and now when I try to warp stabilize my footage it hangs on the first frame an remains at 0%. I've tried the normal fixes (Nesting and matching comp size to the source footage). There are no time effects applied to the footage. Just your standard real-time shot that's got a slight bit of shake. Funnily enough, when I open my older v24 project the stabilizing works so this must be a v25.1 issue.

I see a thread regarding this issue in the v25 beta, but this is the full standard v25.1 release.
