Premiere Pro will not download on new Mac Studio Ultra

Hello there! 

I've been trying to download premiere pro from the creative cloud and continually get to about 95% complete before the Installions fails. 

I was able to download Lightroom and Photoshop but After Effects and Premiere fail.

Try restarting your computer.

Also make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements to support PP and AE.
