Premiere Pro Window Space

Hi! I am looking to increase the space I have on my Premiere Pro window. Is there any way of making everything slightly smaller on the screen so its not as squeezed together. I am using a mac. 

For example on a normal safari page I'd always hit command - and everything would slighlty zoom out. I'd like to do this but in Premeire Pro.

Any help would be really appreciated!

"ctrl+\" will hide the Premiere Pro's titlebar, which will give you some more space to work with (maybe it's "cmd+\" on Macs?)
