Premiere Pro won't allow me to apply an audio preset to video on the timeline

1. I created an audio preset to lower the volume by - 15dB.

2. Saved to presets.

3. Dragged preset on to clip on the timeline. Usually it would drop the volume by -15 dB.

4. The hand icon doesn't change to a plus - it stays a fist with the crossed circle icon.

5. If I drop an existing audio preset, PP standard, on to the clip they work. It is just my audio presets that no longer appear to be working. They did before.

I already had a number of presets that worked. They dropped the volume -10 dB, -25 dB etc. None seem to be working now. I can't recall the last time it worked.

PP V15.0 (build 41)
