Premiere Pro won't export the entire video

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x

GPU: ASrock Radeon 6750XT Challenger Pro OC 12GB

RAM: 24GB

HDD Space available: 242GB

Exported (Gameplay above 1440p) video from premiere pro closes after 55% (sometimes at 60-70%) of the entire video duration.

Things I have tried:

1. Freeing up space more than twice the size of the estimated export video.

2. Deleting media cache.

3. Used Media Encoder instead.

4. Lowering the bitrate.

5. Reducing file size using shutter encoder.

First one worked for once, but when the video duration is more than 2.5 hours and size is between 80-95gb (4k), even after emptying enough HDD space the issue persists. Sometimes video closes at 80% sometimes at 50%.

I had the same issue while exporting using 1660 super.

Software encoder seems to do the job but the export time is 8-10 hours which is absurd.

Export Settings:

Match source resolution 3840×2160, H.264, High 5.2, One Pass Bitrate 60 for 4k.

What could possibly be the reason for this?

What is the estimated file size?

1. twice the size is not enough, you need lots more.
