So, I actually had premiere pro installed on my macbook air under a different creative cloud account, and it ran just fine (though I hadn't used it in a few months). Anyway I recently wanted to switch CC accounts on my computer, so I went through the process of creating a new account, reinstalling the creative cloud, reinstalling premiere pro, yada yada yada
Well, as premiere pro was reinstalling, there was some kind of security notification that came up. I'm sorry that I don't remember exactly what it said, but it was something about "oh there's dangerous software or something that's dangerous to this mac" and there was a button to 'quarantine'? So I clicked it. This might be an irrelevant detail, but just in case I included it.
Anyway, premiere pro finished installing and now it's not opening. The little icon just bounces a few times and then stops. When I right click on it and click open I get a message saying The application “Adobe Premiere Pro 2023” can’t be opened. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've tried going into my security settings and giving premiere pro full disk access, I've even tried installing adobe premiere pro 23.5 and seeing if that works. But nope, nothing's worked so far.
I'm not a computer guy, so man, I've really been racking my brain with this. Any help at all would be really appreciated.
