Premiere Pro won't open

When I start my computer a box appears saying "There was a problem starting C:\Windows\System32\LogiDAdll"  and Premiere Pro won't open. I don't know if these two things are connected. In the Adobe window I click on Open beside Premiere Pro 15.4 and nothing happens.

If I try to open a project from Auto-Save it says "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP110.dll was not found."

I have now fixed the problem by downloading Visual C
