I recently had a graphics card crap out on me.....My PC now has a new one albeit a worse one in it but for some reason Premiere Pro simply won't open for me. It pulls up the little template screen where normally it goes through some loading processes and then opens but its not going through those processes. It just shows the template and closes. I have tried opening direct files, exe, run as admin, uninstall/reinstall restarting computer. I am at a loss. I don't understand why it won't open. Anyone able to help with this issue?
