When I press the play button or the space bar in the timeline, it does not play. Dragging clips to the source monitor resulted in the monitor turning green. I am on Mac OS 10.13.3. Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this?Screen Shot 2019-12-13 at 8.12.37 AM.png

How do you do that? I've looked everywhere but can't find the Premiere Preferences option.

Hold down alt+shift when opening Premiere.

That will give you an option to reset preferences.
