Premiere Pro won't start. Error 0xc000007b

Hi all,

I have been searching the web for days and have tried several "fixes" and still I cannot get premiere pro to run. I also tried some of the fixes that are already on the forum but they won't help either. Not even reinstalling helped.

Any help much appreciated as I have been unable to do any editing.
