Premiere Pro wont open at all

I installed CC on my fully updated Windows 10 PC and no matter how many times I click to open Premiere Pro (Version 15.4.1) not even the splash screen will show up. I've shut down and restarted my computed a number of times and still nothing. No error messages pop up or anything.

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card.  You've told us some of this, but not all.  and have you checked to make sure your computer meets minimum specs

If you're system specs are marginal, you might try installing premiere 14 which is still available for downloading..
