I use 2 monitors and spread my panels across them with different panels in different spots, and all the panels stay in place, except the panels that include the project panel. I can save the Workspace and restore it and the project panel moves to a different panel group, and the group that included the Project panel resized smaller. A normal quit and start again brings the panels back as they were last time, but if I restore my Worspace from the save this happens.
This is on 23.6 on Mac OS 13.5 but it has happened for ages.
