Premiere Project File won't open (ver. 2023.3/4)

I have a project file that I've been using for months that stopped opening once I updated to 2023.4. I went back to 2023.3 and got it to work again, but after one day of use it stopped as well. 

When I open the project, it shows the typical loading screen, but once it gets 2/3s of the way through, the screen flashes and it never continues. This happens with both the main project and auto-saves.

I've tried the typical reseting of preferences and cache, to no avail.

System:

Premiere 2023.3 & 4

Windows 10

64gb RAM

SSDs for everything

Follow up.... The only factor I can narrow down as to why this may be happening is regarding the project file size. The auto save projects open fine when it's 74mb or less. But as soon as it hits 75mb, none of them will open. Is this normal???
