A very strange fact, my Premiere 24.1, crashes usually as soos as I press the "Export" button, but sometimes also in other moments.
I got 4x16GB DDR4 3600Mhz RAM modules
Removed 2, Premiere works flawless.
"Nice!" I think, I just got a defective ram module! So I remove the "good two" and install the others two and....work flawless too 😐
Re-install all four modules...load a project...export video...BOOM, reboot.
Don't know what to think....is there something that I must do to make the program compatible with all 64GB of RAM installed? I'm going crazy
p.s. I tested all 4 ram modules with memtest86 and no errors were found.
Thanks

I have 128 GB of much older RAM installed and it has been working flawlessly since 2017... are you sure your motherboard supports this type of RAM in sets of four?

yes sure...I use many others applications and games and I NEVER got a problem!
mobo is a MSI Z590 Gaming Plus

I'm running 128GB of RAM also, without issue. I think something needs attention in your system. Maybe a bios thing or something. @RjL190365 might have an idea.

updated the bios to the last version, dunno what to do more 😞

Instead of removing the sticks lower the speed in the bios.
I used to have the same issue.

I'm using the at the standard speed...not overclocked or some...

Well, just try the lower speed, like 3200. I'm with 64gb and all is well.

Just lower the speed and try.

On the other hand, if the system reboots even with the memory speed set to a default of only 2133 MHz or 2666 MHz, then one or more memory sticks are likely failing. And in the case of the discussion starter's platform, the maximum officially supported memory speed depends on whether the CPU that's on that motherboard is a 10th-Gen (Comet Lake) or an 11th-Gen (Rocket Lake) Intel Core CPU - 10th Gen CPUs are limited to 2933 MHz for i7 and i9 parts and 2666 MHz for i5 parts, while 11th-Gen CPUs have a maximum officially supported memory speed of 3200 MHz (period).
That said, I did have reboot problems with both of my current desktop systems, until I manually played around with the memory subsettings and CPU "overclocks" in the BIOS. In the case of my AMD system, I had to manually set the 2T command rate while keeping the memory speed at 3600 MHz, while on my Intel DDR5 system I had to manually set the PL1 and PL2 limits for my CPU while still keeping the memory speed at 5600 MHz (on that Intel system, PL1 is set to equal to PL2 by default).

I downgraded the bios to the previous version, and for now it's all ok at 3600Mhz with 64GB.
It's really strange, because the ram speed and othere parameters are exactly the same
But, at least, it works.
