Premiere saying file type isnt supported

Hi! i am currently trying to upload some clips from my DJI Osmo Pocket 2 to my phone, and then from my phone to my computer. I was successful in doing both of these but when I try to import the mp4 clip to premiere it would not let me. I tried changing it to .MOV but that didn't work either. I have imported several clips this way before and it has worked so I am confused why it is not allowing me to import and it says the file type is not supported. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:
