Premiere says "Unsupported Video Driver: Intel Arc" despite having the latest NVIDIA studio driver

I'm having a problem where when I open Premiere, a popup appears saying "Unspported Video Driver" referring to "Intel(R) Arc(TM) Graphics." The puzzling thing is that I have an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060. I've updated to the latest studio driver in an effort to fix this and it hasn't stopped the popup. Is there any way I can "point" Premiere to my GPU so it recognizes it?

They are two different gpu cards.

The studio driver is for the Nvidia card.

You will have to download the driver for the Intel from the Microsoft site.
