Having a consistent issue wtih Premiere Pro. It'll work perfectly for about 5 minutes, after which time it just completely stops responding. I don't get an error message, it doesn't crash, everything just stops working. Play button won't do anything, etc.
Works again for another 5 minutes every time I close and restart it.
Using an Asus Vivobok 17. 1TB, Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, Intel Iris Xe Graphics Card. Running Windows 11.

Have you tried dumping the cache files with no project open, and also changing the Memory use settings in the Preferences?

Yeah, just tried that. Got the same issue after a few minutes.

Try resetting the preferences:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-premiere-pro/td-p/...
If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/workspaces.html
If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.
If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

None of these worked.

You can see that everything works normally, but Premiere glitches out as a certain point and completely stops responding. Playback doesn't work, effect controls stops responding, can't scroll through the video, etc.

Additionally, deleting the project and creating a new one doesn't help. It is a universal issue I get with Premiere regardless of the project or content that I'm working with.

That indicates some underlying issue ... have you tried using the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool to totally eradicate all PrPro bits & pieces from everywhere on your computer, including the registry files?
Then reboot, install a fresh one, and try again.
Also ... sound cards and gaming audio 'assist' files can often cause incredible headaches.

Yea, the CC cleaner tool didn't work either.
I'll look into sound cards/audio assist file issues.
