Premiere taking a long time to open

Hello, 

 

We have 4 windows towers that this week are all taking about an hour for Premiere to open. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?

Hi there,

This does not sound ideal. Could you share your system info(RAM, GPU, Processor, etc)? Also, which version of PR are you using?

There can't be a particular reason for the slow launch. We'll need more info to troubleshoot the issue.

We have been able to open the adobe suite programs if opening as Administrator. Otherwise it would take an hour for the programs to launch if logged in using different user accts. Any fixes for this?
