Premiere v 15.4.1 is no longer available

Hi all - has premiere v15.4.1 been discontinued?

Been working off this version for a very long running doc since 2021 for a project that will eventually close mid 2023. Our suites are running this version of premiere successfully using Monterey 12.3.1.

However our Edit Producer just recieved a macbook pro 2019 running monterey 12.6. I went to install the suitable version and cannot find it in the "other versions" tab of creative cloud.

Is it is mac/hardware/OS that's blocking me from downloading this version? or the creative cloud?  If the latter is there any way to download the older version or has it been completley discontinued?

Version 15 or rather 2021 is no longer available. Only the last two versions.

Contact support, explain why you need 2021 and the might give you a download link.
