Since I last updated to premiere pro, version 23.2 maybe late into February last month. I have noticed that overtime, actions such as: space-bar for playing, scrubbing, scrolling, enabling, and adjusting lengths of clips, slows down the longer I use premiere.
How have I fixed it?
I honestly just restart my computer every 30 minutes. This is pretty ridiculous. I thought it was from using creative GeForce drivers as recommened by Adobe tech support. I noticed it got better when I switched back to game ready drivers.
Specs:
Microsoft 11
AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor
64 GB Ram
GeForce RTX 3070 TI
All drivers and programs up to date.
This has been really frustrating for me. I feel like all of 2021-2022 had great performance and few crashes.
Another issue I have been encountering, is rendering previews on specifically film dissolves and cross dissolves. "error compiling movie" happens way more often now. My premiere won't even crash, it'll just become a slug.

Hello @CSPR,
Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
I'll move your post to the Discussions board while we await your information.
Thanks,
Kevin

Yes, and the fix is to unlock and lock my audio 1 track/master. Still gets slower overtime.

That's weird. What kind of footage is this?
