Premiere very laggy with some specific "workspace"

Hi everyone!

I bought Premiere recently, and something that happened is that, lets say Im working in the effect "workspace", it will suddenly become so laggy I cant do anything (cant click on tracks, no playback, etc.). But just changing workplace makes it goes away (Ill switch to Editing "workplace" for example). If I go back to effect workplace, its still super buggy. Issue is that little by little, new "workplace" get buggy aswell, and Im running out of new workplace tab haha . Im not sure what can I do or if I do anything wrong. Thank you so much!

TLDR: Workplace tab gets very buggy, and I need to change to another workplace for it to work. What can I do?

Config: New laptop freshly bought for editing

i7-13700HX 2.10 GHz

32go ram

RTX4060

Edit 1: By "workplace" I mean the tab where you can choose specific workplace elike "editing" "effect" "caption and graphics", etc.

Hi there!

Sorry about the lag. Does it happen while working on a specific project? If so, what type of media files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)? Have you already tried resetting preferences and deleting cache files?
