Premiere won't open on Monterey - freezing at "loading iZAdobeLoudness.bundle"

I installed Premiere on my new macbook pro (M1 chip, running Monterey 12.1), and it won't open. It freezes at "loading iZAdobeLoudness.bundle." I am guessing this has something to do with my Izotope audio plugins (which I use with ProTools), but I don't know what to do to get past this. Please help!
