Premiere won't open

I worked on premiere and all of a sudden I couldnt import media so I uninstalled Premiere pro 2022 and redownloaded it. But now I can't open it anymore. It loads like it normally does but now all I get is a black screen without anything in it. I can close and open premiere all I want but it keeps doing the same thing. I restarted my computer and uninstalled it again. I deleted my preferences but nothing works. Can anyone help me out? Would be amazing
