Premiere Won't Recognize My Footage | Black Screen

I finished cutting up my footage and i was copying it onto another sequence for safe keeping and it just did the exact opposite of what I intended.

The audio still runs but the program is not reading any existence of the footage there. I've tried everything on the web and any quick fix i could think of.

Would love any help!
