Premire Taking an hour to open

Premiere Pro (also Media Encoder and After Effects) started taking an hour or more to open. If it does open, it may only work for an hour before freezing up. We had Premiere version 14 (14.something, we don't remember) when it started happening. We unistalled Adobe Suite and and re-instatll to put in the newer version of Premiere and the same thing. Any of the software (Encoder, After Effects) that requires video have the same issue, but we haven't been able to decipher why it started happening. This may not be an Adobe issue, but maybe someone has encounter the same thing and discovered a solution.

We're sorry for the trouble. I understand PR 14.0 and later version take time to launch at your end.

Could you share your system info(OS, RAM, GPU, etc)? We'll look into the issue.
