Preset transitions going too fast

I'm new to adobe premiere pro, just recently I put out a little test run for a music video added some of the preset transitions i have into the video and they worked perfectly fine, but for some odd reason now, whenever I add those presets it speeds through them and you can't even see the transition happen. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know. 🙏🏼

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-clear-your-media-cache-in-30-seconds-in-premi...
Then try pressing Enter to render the timeline and turn the red line above the timeline to green.

I'll try that out right now I've rendered the timeline so many times though but I'll definitely try it out with clearing the media cache, the clips are at 120 fps in 4k..
