presets keep disappering after i exit premier pro

So i installed a few presets recetnly but after I exit premier pro the presets disapper and i have to import them every time i want to use them, i have reset prefereces but that hasn't worked. Do i have to unistall and intsall the program again? will that casue my save files, plugins etc etc to also go away?

Reinstalling Premiere won't remove your third-party plug-ins (if they were properly installed to the Mediacore folder) or your save files. Unfortunately, this is a bug in Premiere 2023 and something only the Premiere team can fix. I filed this bug a couple weeks ago, so hopefully it will get fixed soon. Whenever it does get fixed, it will show up first in the Premiere public beta before being released in the official version. Hopefully that happens sooner than later because it's problematic.
