As of recently, Premiere Pro has had a new bug -
Upon an undo or redo (ctrl+z and ctrl+shift+z on Windows), the preview will glitch away from the correct current frame to some other frame, and sometimes glitch back with the undo/redo visually applied.
(I haven't yet correlated what incorrect other frame is being glitched to, like if it's the frame I had been on when I made a different edit, etc., but definitely no keyframes involved)
Premiere Pro 23.6 (about to update to 24.0)
Windows 11 Home
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor 3.70 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (NVIDIA Studio Driver 537.58)

Update: This doesn't just happen on undo/redo, it seems like any effect editing can trigger it. And a good amount of the time, it doesn't even glitch back - this bug keeps the preview glitched to a different spot until a different part of the timeline is viewed.
