Preview tearing when switching between timeline and preview

(Hello dear my world friend. I'm south korean. I am not good at English. Please understand.)

When editing a video, go back and forth between the preview window and timeline window by clicking the mouse there is a flickering phenomenon where the screen is momentarily broken and then restored.

I am attaching the video below.

I guess no other functions are used in that short moment,

The screen appears to suddenly expand or contract in a bizarre way, which seems like a purely functional defect.

1) How can this be solved?

2) If it is a problem with the computer specifications, what is the problem?

I updated to the latest version 24, but there is the same problem, and the same problem appears in both versions 23 and 21 as a result of testing.

In general, if I move quickly between the timeline window and the preview window, such an error will occur momentarily, and if you click slowly, it will be less noticeable.

I tried changing the video rendering option from GPU (Open CL) to  Software Only, but the problem remained the same. It seems that the phenomenon is less common in software-only versions, but there is no significant difference.

RAM 16G

CPU 12th generation Intel i5-12500 3ghz

Intel integrated graphics are being used.

There's a lot of editing left to do, but I couldn't do it, so I spent the whole day depressing and ended up here.

Thanks for reading
