Previsualización no fluida en algunas tomas

Hola.
Hace unos momentos estaba editando un video cuando un error me apareción en la ventana de eventos, diciendo algo acerca de fotogramas y de la ubicación donde tengo guardados en la memoria mis archivos y tomas. El problema fue quen o pude leerlo completo y le di en aceptar. Ahora algunas (no todas) mis tomas, (especificamente las que se grabaron con dron) ya no se reproducen fluidamente en la previsualización y tengo que bajar la resolución a 1/2 cuando hace unos minutos sí se reproducían a la perfección. Cerré el proyecto y lo volví a abrir para ver si funcionaba pero no. Quisiera saber si se puede ver de nuevo el error que me marcó para saber qué fue lo que pasó y ver como solucionarlo. O si alguien sabe que sucedió y me puede ayudar a restaurarlo para poder volver a reproducir fluidamente ciertas tomas en la resolcion completa.

Hey Erik,

 

My apologies for the poor experience. Could you share the video properties and your system specifications (OS, CPU, GPU, RAM)? Which drone was the video recorded from? Have you tried creating a new project file and importing the videos to see if the issue is project-specific? Also, please try resetting your preferences to see if that works.

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver)

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
