Problème écran noir panneaux effet

Bonjour, je suis sur adobe premiere pro 2019 et quand je regarde le panneau "effet" je vois cela.

Je ne vois donc pas mes effets et ne peut donc plus monter mes vidéos.

 

J'aimerais avoir de l'aide
