Bonjour,

Are you sure you are not trying to export HDR footage from your iPhone in Rec 709 colour space ?.
if you want to work in HDR through the entire work flow settings must all be 2100 HLG colour space.
Make sure export settings match this colour space if you edited in HDR

In Premiere, all the color management settings are in one place, the Lumetri panel's Settings tab ... the tab named Settings.
Your iPhone is shooting video while set to HDR in the HLG form, and you probably should work at setting that to Rec.709 at this time. Vastly easier to work in.
To use those videos in Premiere, set Display Color Management, Extended Dynamic Range where available, auto detect log, and auto tonemapping all to on in the Settings tab. I think there's a "Direct Rec.709" setting now also, and if so, use that.
Set the Sequence to Rec.709.

You have posted the query in Premiere Pro initially so I thought you were just transferring Media from your iPhone 14 Pro to Premiere Pro ?
Premiere Rush on your phone probably just converts HDR to Rec 709 as I don't think Rush handles HDR editing. I'll check on status.
As regards editing your footage in Premiere Pro I see @R Neil Haugen has kindly given you the settings in (Lumetri/Settings) to ensure you edit on Rec 709 colour space and export your final video.
You can Export in normal Rec 709 Colour space.
Premiere also allows an option for full workflow editing in HDR if you want to preserve all HDR Video up to the final HDR device you play it on. I don't think you are looking to do that yet from what you say ?.
If you want to see Media Properties in Premiere Pro - go to your Project Bin and right click on one of your video files scroll up and click on Media File Properties.
You will see properties like the one I attached. You see it is HDR Video 2100HLG from my iPhone 15Pro - so has to be colour mapped to Rec 709 for my project.
See Adobe information on Colour Management in Version 25.2 onwards. Have a read through this and it will help you understand the new capabilities to manage HDR, Log Video, Apply LUT etc automatically in Premiere.

Thanks both of you for your answers which help me understand.
I have found how to remove HDR for my next vidéos on my iPhone.
Though, if I want to keep it, I cant find how to put the settings on my Première Rush application of my iPhone 14 from rec709 to 2100 to be able to export my HDR videos without colour changes.
do you think I can do that from my iPhone ? I dont have any computer at hand and I dont havé Première Pro either. Only Première Rush on my IPhone 14 pro.
Thanks

From the iPhone, working in Rush, I don't think (as noted above) you can transform from HLG to Rec.709. I think that would need to be done in Premiere on a computer.

I found an earlier post in the Premiere Rush Community also discussing this HDR support issue on newer iPhones
You could vote for this if you want to or create a new request.
If you want to keep Premiere Rush and would like to see it be able to handle HDR video like Apple iMovie and other mobile video apps on an iPhone 14Pro then suggest you post a new discussion on the Premiere Rush Community alerting Premiere Rush product team about this as a request. This is no guarantee it will happen though.
Don't forget to categorise your discussion with the buttons provided - e.g, Export/Import/Feature Request/Error or Problem/Mobile Version.
Otherwise, ... look at stepping into the world of Premiere Pro now to create even more powerful videos from your iPhone HDR footage.
