Problem adding a transparent animated logo into a movie.

Hello guys im a begginer in Adobe Premiere and  am trying to put a transparent animated logo into a video and it just dont go. If someone can help me i appreciate. Thanks

Can you screen record the issue please? cause i need to know how the logo is transparent cause if it has a black background for example you need to change the opacity option.
