Problem importing clips

(beginner) problem importing clips. When I import the whole folder it transferes over to the timeline with audio and video. If I try to import and transfer clips singularly the first one works then the rest will only transfer to sequence line as audio?

It's most likely that you are not turning on your track targeting. You need to have both the A1 and V1 solid blue on the left hand side of you sequence.
