hello why i cant install premier pro on my new mackbook pro 16 inch ??????  HELP!!!!!!!

Can you go into more detail? Premiere should be able to be installed. Have you downloaded the Creative Cloud Desktop App?

What do you mean by can't install? They're greyed out? No admins privs?

the CC kepp showing [ installation failed ] everytime a tried to install

I'm also having the same issue. I just got my brand new MacBook Pro today and I can download everything else except Premier Pro. Same error code as you.
