Problem with access to Premier pro

Hello! I'm a student. I have account on Creative cloud from my college. When I use my account in college on computer everything is okay but when I open my account on laptop at home it send me to a trial period and doesn't let me do my work. It ask me to choose a plan and make payment. I don't understand what to do.
