Problem with playing footage in preview

Hi, I have such a problem with the program that, when I play the material it speeds up at first and only after some time it slows down to the right pace, which makes it extremely difficult to work with the program. I should add that with the same settings with the same material there is no problem when I edit it on an older laptop with worse parameters.

When you plug in speakers or headphones, the problem occurs much less often. Honestly to me this further tells me very little about the cause, but maybe someone will come up with an idea.
