Problem with some files stretching inappropriately

I'm working on a project to stitch together clips of people answering interview questions. Some of the clips have this issue when I load them, where it appears as if the last row and column are duplicated to fill the space. When opened with Windows Photos or other media display apps they all seem fine though.

Sorry for your issue, SurfaceHayes.

What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? What are the details of the footage (frame rate, frame size, format/codec)? Also, what's the source? Are they screen recordings or shot on a camera?

Let us know, we're here to help.

Thanks,

Nishu
