Problem with timeline

anyone having this issue with their premier pro? It's not loading video, it will appear black in my cideo panel. The only thing thats functioning is hearing audio from my tracks.  I've rebooted pc, rebooted client, ran file check, checked for updates. Can't find out what's causing this. Any ideas. Also the reason i have a yellow bar above my clip is because I just finished editing that clip. But my entire timeline except that one clip just goes offline with video.
