I have thee new version of PP 23 (v23.5.0) and I have a problem with some individual projects and Production Projects.

When I try to copy a clip from a transcribed sequence to another that doesn't have it, the clip changes the language, now I have a transcription in Spanish, but when I copy the clip to another sequence it changes to English and I don't know why it changes or how to change it .

This new tool, which is very helpful, has caused a lot of problems and it stresses me out when it comes to work 😞

what am I supposed to do? How can I delete transcripts?  Why I have this issue?

I don't understand what I am seeing. In the upper screenshot, the "DNLG_ELRE" should be the clip name. And in the bottom screenshot it is "SEL_ESC1." We can't see what you have "follow active monitor" set and which view (source or sequence) is selected. And when you have wav's as audio, the transcript may, under some circumstances, follow the audio.

I don't believe that copying a clip will change the language of a transcript. But I don't understand how you are getting what you are seeing. What clip name are you copying? Using what method? And how pasting?

Screenshot that shows the whole transcript panel and timeline would help.
