Problema ao exportar vídeo do Iphone, o vídeo sai sem som

Estou editando um arquivo do iphone no meu computador, e quando vou exportá-lo ele sai sem o áudio.

Já alterei a frequência de saída, o CODEC,o bitrate e o vídeo continua sem som.

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:
