Problema de audio con archivos .MTS en Premiere 25.2.3

Problema con archivos .MTS en Premiere Pro 25.2.3: audio en un solo canal y saturado

Hola a todos,

Desde que actualicé a Adobe Premiere Pro 25.2.3, me está ocurriendo un problema extraño al trabajar con archivos .mts (AVCHD).

Tengo clips grabados con audio en dos canales independientes (uno por cada micrófono). Al importarlos en un PC con una versión anterior de Premiere, todo funciona perfectamente: se reconocen los dos canales y el audio suena limpio.

Pero al importar exactamente el mismo archivo en otro PC con la versión 25.2.3, pasa lo siguiente:

  • Solo aparece un canal de audio.

  • Lo que se escucha es ruido saturado, como si el canal estuviera corrupto o mal interpretado.

He verificado que el archivo .mts está bien (lo reproduzco sin problemas en VLC, y en otros programas también suena bien). Esto solo ocurre en Premiere Pro 25.2.3.

Tengo el mismo problema y me acaba de pasar con la reciente versión de Premiere. Sin embargo en la versión 5.0 o 5.1 se escuchaba bien pero a la hora de exportar y reproduciendo el video sonaba saturado igual.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The issue is currently present in both Pr v25.3 and the beta versions. We're actively working on a fix, and we'll update this thread as soon as it's available in the beta release. For the time being, you may try Pr v25.2 to see if it helps. Thanks for your patience!

Tengo exactamente el mismo problema. Una solución previa que encontré es capturar el archivo con OBS y convertirlo en mp4. Con ese archivo ya el audio se escucha bien en Premier.

Tengo el mismo problema, esto es un desastre. Deben solucionarlo YA! Tengo que terminar de renderizar un trabajo de varios días de filmación y no puedo con este ruido que hace el audio de los archivos MTS. Los archivos MP4 se escuchan bien. Antes de las últimas actualizaciones se escuchaban bien.

esro no es una solución ya que una versión anterior no me permite abrir la versión 25.3. Y el proyecto queda sin poder editarse. Realmente es vergonzoso que Adobe caiga en estos errores tan básicos y estamos pagando por tener un programa que NO FUNCIONA CORRECTAMENTE. O sea, debieran devolver el dinero según las leyes del mercado

Tengo el mismo problemas desde hace meses, y no lo han podido resolver. Que nefasto! Esto me inahbilita a editar por completo. Quiero mi dinero de vuelta que mes a mes les doy. En DaVinci no pasa. Al parecer la mediana solución es mudarse a Da Vinci al parecer.

Yo conseguí solucionar el problema con el 25.1, además funciona mucho más fluido que el 25.3, y no creo que actualice hasta que no salga la versión 26 como mínimo.

Tengo el mismo problema actualmente ya 2 meses después de estos comentarios. Y también ralmente tiene problemas para reproducir de manera correcta el video de acrhivos MTS. ¿No han podido solucionarlo?

Problema similar, ya no puedo trabajar de manera fluida con archivos .MTS, es forzoso convertirlos a .mov o .mp4.
Es laborioso y demanda de mucho tiempo.
