Hi Nano Kan_Pro,

  • What is the exact version of Premiere Pro & where exactly are your media files located?
  • Are you importing your media files from the Media Browser?

Thanks,

Kulpreet Singh

Primero.

Solucion precisa, sencilla y concisa.

I WILL GIVE THE FINAL SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM
First. Not is a Premiere's problem, the problem is when this files not respect the ".mp4" standard.
Everyone gives the solution to recode the file, but this is lousy because there is loss of quality.
The solution without losing quality is simply to change the container. My recommendation is to change to the container ".ts" because it is accepted by Premiere and also as it is a standard for TDT transmissions it allows some inconsistencies in the header and others

Recommendation is to use Avidemux which is a freeware and does not recode, it simply changes the container without losing quality. For this you just have to open the file, change the output format to "Mpeg TS Muxer" and save. The process is instantaneous and there is no loss of quality.
