Probleme Importation PP

Bonjour,

 

j'ai fait la derniere mise a jour premiere pro et depuis je ne peux pas importer de vidéo .mov ( iphone) sur premiere pro, il ne les detectes meme plus ....

 

J'ai essayé de convertir le fichier en .mp4 via VLC mais cela ne change rien.

 

Mon ordi est tout récent avec CG 3070 RTX et les pilotes sont à jours.

 

Si quelqu'un peut m'aider car ça fait 2 h que je cherche et je n'en peux plus de ne pas pouvoir travailler...

Tried resetting preferences?

 

Make sure its the latest studio driver 528.49 and not the game driver.
