I have been trying for hours to import or even simply open MP4 files in Premiere Pro 22.0. Everytime I open the application it also says, "Media Cache Directory not found or not writeable", I have tried to remove some of those files, and move them to a more secure location, however the pop up still occurs and I cannot open any files into any project.
