Program Crashed and an Error report appear when creating a caption in premiere pro 24.6.3

I’m having issues with Premiere Pro 24.6.3 crashing whenever I try to create a new caption. I’ve tried reinstalling the program, using a different workstation, and even reformatting my computer, but the problem keeps happening. I’d rather not upgrade to the 2025 version because some of my plugins don’t work with it. Also, from my experience and what my friends and colleagues have seen, the 2025 version sometimes won’t let us drag and drop nested sequences or footage onto the timeline, even after resetting preferences and reinstalling. Has anyone experienced this or have any advice on fixing it?
