Program Feed Stutters When Using 1/2 or Less Preview Quality

I recently built a new editing PC and installed the latest 23.4 version of Premiere Pro CC. Overall performance has been stellar, execpt when previewing the program feed at anything less than Full quality. If I change the preview quality to 1/2 or 1/4 it will inroduce dropped frames or periodic stutter in the preview making it difficult to know if my video is smooth or not. I've uploaded a video to YouTube showing the issue. You can clearly see the stutters at about 00:06 00:12 and 00:44. You can also see that it will happend randomly while playing the same clip several times. At 00:56 I play the video back at Full preview quality and there are no stutters.

I typically preview at full quality with single cam shoots, but with multicams I need to have the reduced quality previews playback smoothy, so this is where it becomes an issue.

Hola, al parecer puede ser en tema de drivers de tu tarjeta de video (busca los oficiales en la web del fabricante) y no instales solo los de la opcion gamer.
Si aun así tienes problemas, podría ser que tu placa bas o tarjeta madre no sea la adecuada para tamaño equipo y te genera cuellos de botella al reproducir.
Haznos saber si encuentras un solución.
