I have updated my premiere pro to 2020. Unfortunately, It is broken right now. Thank you Adobe.

How can I fix this?  Especially, when I resize the deck/panel it appears again.

This is most likely related to drivers. This refers to the 2019 version and below, but the principle is the same: try updating your graphics card drivers:

Hi kanaatt,

We're sorry about this. Please try to switch the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only and check if it's working properly. If you are still getting the issue please check if you have any update available for the GPU drivers/OS.

Thanks,

Sumeet
