Program Monitor is not showing video

I have a nested sequence of a multicam sequence. In the nested sequence, multi-cam view, I can see the different small sequences but not the main one, this happens in both multicam view and composite video, which makes it impossible to overlay anything. Can anyone please help?

Things I tried so far:

1. Delete Media Cache
2. Disconnect the second monitor
3. Dock and un-dock program monitor
4. Cycle between composite and multicam view
5. Restart PP
6. Restart Computer
7. Open and close the refrigerator door
8. Take a nap

I was using PP 24.1, rolled back to 24.0.3, same issue exists.
