Premiere Pro won't open even after reinstall.

The following message box appears on my screen each time...

"The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP110.dll

was not found.  Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

HELP... I'M PAYING FOR THIS SUBSCRIPTION AND I CAN'T USE IT!!!!!!!!!

You're kidding me....
I'm not a computer tech!!!
I purchased and am paying for a program that will NOT open!!!
I am an end user.
I didn't have to know how to build a car before buying one.
Someone needs to give me a call and direct me to resolve this error...
...which shouldn't happen in the first place!!!
